Osman Duman
Osman DumanPresident & CEO
Appointed CEO in 2017, Osman Duman leads eZuce’s long-term market strategy and day-to-day operations, while guiding the company’s vision for an increasingly collaborative and analytical world. Osman was instrumental on the investor side to bring the initial funding to eZuce during its inception in 2010. After serving four years on the board of directors of eZuce, he joined the company in 2014 as COO, and played a key role in assuring product quality, customer satisfaction and best business practices.

An Information and Communications Technology industry veteran, Osman had completed a 12-year tenure as C-level officer at publicly listed Ulticom (NSDQ:ULCM) and Karel (BIST:KAREL) prior to joining eZuce.He oversaw Sales, Marketing and Product Management in these companies helping them realize significantly higher market success.During his term Ulticom moved to the number one spot in the worldwide telecommunications signaling software market. From 1998 to 2002, Osman was an area vice president and general manager at Lucent Technologies responsible for softswitch-based Internet access and VoIP solutions.

Osman previously took on various Engineering and Marketing SVP positions at New England area software startups NewNet and MassMedia Communications where he played key roles in achieving successful acquisitions by ADC Telecommunications and Lucent Technologies, respectively. Earlier phases of his career involved software development and management roles at Motorola Codex, GTE Communications and ITT Telecom where his journey started in Raleigh, North Carolina.

He holds B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering and M.S. degree in Computer Science from M.E.T.U. in Ankara, Turkey, and Executive MBA certificate from MIT Sloan School of Management in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Osman enjoys playing competitive soccer, travelling, skiing, and being consultant to his two kids.

Philippe Galvez
Philippe GalvezEVP Product Innovation & CTO
With his more than 20 years of engineering, entrepreneurial, and senior executive leadership experience, Philippe joined the company in 2014. He oversees all aspects of product innovation and engineering working on the company’s technology and solution strategy.

He was co-founder and CEO of Evogh prior to its merging with eZuce in 2014. He secured funding, assembled teams, led development, and brought to market a unique video collaboration platform that currently serves several tens of thousands of active users worldwide. Philippe has also held the position of Senior Research Scientist at the California Institute of Technology for more than 15 years managing R&D activities related to distributed computing, networking and collaboration, and was the principal investigator on several NSF and DOE projects. Over these years, Philippe built and managed several R&D International distributed engineering teams. He initiated and managed one of the first International research network link between Europe and the U.S. for an organization of several thousand users.

Philippe received his Masters in Engineering with a specialization in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from TELECOM ParisTech, and also earned a BSEE from University Aix-Marseille, Faculty of Science and Technology. Philippe holds a patent on Distributed Collaborative Systems.

Michael Picher
Michael PicherVP Product Management
Michael is literally one of those people that can say, “I wrote the book on enterprise open source unified communications”. An accomplished technologist and writer, he authored the first comprehensive book about the open source project and software from SIPfoundry. With more than 20 years of communications and information technology engineering and consulting experience, Michael brings a very pragmatic perspective to the unified communications and collaboration market. He has architected hundreds of enterprise and managed service provider networks and communications solutions. In his role of VP Product Management, Michael is responsible for all eZuce products, as well as overseeing the teams that help implement and support customer solutions.

Prior to joining eZuce, he co-developed what became one of Maine’s largest technology consulting and software development firms. After successfully selling the consulting business, Michael turned his attention to the growing IP telephony space. He has helped design and deploy corporate and cloud-based worldwide IP-based communications systems for many companies.

Michael received his B.S. degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Maine. He continues to support and advocate for open source projects on a global basis most recently sponsoring the sipXcom project. In his free time, Mike enjoys time on his farm in Maine, CrossFit, hunting, fishing and is a competitive autocross nut.

Michael Foresteire
Michael ForesteireDirector of Finance & Operations
With more than 20 years of experience in Finance and Business Operations, Michael brings expertise in all back office functions. Michael has grown finance and operations departments from the ground up, demonstrating a keen aptitude for improving efficiencies and cost effectiveness. Most recently, Michael led finance and operations at LoadSpring, a leading Project Management cloud solution provider, where he was instrumental in implementing and managing the growth of the SaaS business model from start-up through growth stages. Prior to LoadSpring, Michael held key positions at The Tighe Companies, Duval & Associates and Sovereign Bank while managing Accounting, HR, Customer Service and IT functional areas. As part of the management team, Michael brings a critical operational experience and know-how to eZuce.

A Business Management graduate of The University of Massachusetts at Lowell, Michael has built his career through managing finance and operations in Banking, Legal, Logistics and High Tech. Michael made the jump into information technology back in 2010 and he has grown to love the fast paced, ever-changing environment.

Michael is a Massachusetts Notary Public and enjoys family time, community involvement, golf and coaching his three young children.
