July 1, 2014— eZuce Incorporated, a leading global provider of cloud based communications and collaboration solutions for large enterprises, today announces Osman Duman has joined the company as chief product officer (CPO) and executive vice president. After serving four years on the Board of Directors at eZuce, Duman will assume an operational role to direct product strategy and execution, and oversee engineering and all field services.

Duman recently completed a five-year term in emerging markets with Karel Electronics in Istanbul, Turkey, where he was in charge of enterprise communications business. Duman served as Ulticom’s (acquired by Platinum Equity Partners) senior vice president and CMO from 2002 to 2008, during which time the company achieved worldwide market leadership and the number one position in the telecommunications signaling market. From 1998 to 2002, Duman was area vice president and general manager at Lucent Technologies, where he was responsible for softswitch based VoATM solutions. Prior to this time, Duman held executive positions at two U.S. telecom startups, MassMedia Communications and NewNet, that were later acquired by Lucent Technologies and ADC Telecommunications, respectively, as well as lead engineering positions at Motorola, GTE Communications and ITT Telecom.
